The new vintage of Graeme and Julie Bott’s Syrah is simply sensational. There is so much class, expression and succulence in this wine it is, frankly, unbelievable. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels and openly modelled on a Côte-Rôtie template, it is already drinking with sensational complexity and verve. I cannot stress enough that everyone who reads this note ought to strain every sinew to taste this wine.
