Cuvée Brut, England I rarely feature sparkling wines in our wine club selection because they are often a little more expensive and can tip the price of the tasting case over the ideal. But Ashling Park is epic value and elite, and those are my two criteria for inclusion. Funnily enough, I recommended this exact wine last year in a specialist English wine magazine. High praise and this is why this Champagne-bashing, home-grown stunner joins the crowd this month.
